Subject: Complaint of defect in bike and poor customer dealing & services. Vehicle no MH-04-EJ1214

I have purchased a Honda Stunner from Deep Motors's in Thane on 15th July.

Just after 15 days bike was not starting, every time i have to push the vehicle and start the bike, back side tire was also slipping while I am pressing the break. I report the same to Sai Point service centre in Thane i.e., after a month of purchase. Sai Point service peoples check the battery are told me that battery is not charged i.e. the reason bike is not starting and they told me to go to dealer Deep motors, we went there the same day but they told me “We are not responsible and this is not our job, we only sell the product”, This is the way they treat us, again I went to Sai Point Services finally they told us to go to EXIDE Battery service centre, next day we approach them (EXIDE Battery service centre thane) they told us battery has opened by somebody so we can not change the battery.

Please will be responsible for this. In your Manual has mention that your battery is totally meaintance free and any other problem in our battery approach your Honda dealer

First of all Honda Stunner don’t have “Kick Start option”.

A brand name like Honda should not entertain such practices.

My experience with Honda is very bad……..

Is this the way to deal with customers?

Is this how you sell bikes? with defects?

Is this the way to serve customer?

Is this the Global way of selling, servicing & dealing with the customers?

Please let me know if you have taken any action & also let me know if you have not taken any action.
