Honda CBR 250
Delay in delivery

I had booked a CBR 250 mid Feb from Om Sai Honda, Mahim, Mumbai. The had told me a waiting period of 2-3 months When I visited the showroom today (7th May), the guys told me I have a waiting period of 11 months. I think its pretty unethical from Honda to delay the delivery period for such a long time. I understand they delay, but 11 months is a long period.

Another let down for Honda motorycles, India is even though they are committing delay in delivery, it is openly available in the Grey market for a premium of Rs.30000-35000. They are also giving any number of quantites with colour of your choice. Surely this isn't possible without a tie-up with the dealers. I just want to say, this is just a big game to make some quick bucks and Honda India should surely look into it.
