Hello,

I have bought a Honda CB Shine bike on 19th May, and since the day I purchased it, I am facing multiple issues with the bike. Regarding the same, I have dropped a long mail, with all details and relevant pictures and documents as well to customercare@honda2wheelersindia.com. However, I haven't received any kind of reply from them yet. Its been 3 days now since I dropped the mail, but there's no acknowledgement mail as well from them.

I can forward the mail to you, if you provide a mail id, since it contains attachments as well, and the text also is too long to post here.

Can you also please confirm whether the Honda Two Wheelers customer care mail id is "customercare@honda2wheelersindia.com". I couldn't get their customer care mail id from their website, however I got it from other threads on your forums.
