REAR SHOCK ABSORBER

I purchased a Honda CB shine motorcycle on 31/08 from shivam Honda, giridih. Bill was raised from D.G. Motors (p) Ltd, dhanbad on 07/09. My motorcylce milometer show only appox 2100 km till date. 15 day before i found that there is sound in the vehicle on driving. I contacted the service center at shivam Honda, Giridih on 05/04 the service staff and work shop in-charge told me that the rear shock absorber is completely damaged but there is no oil leakage. The proprietor of Shivam Honda, Giridih immediately talked over telephone to Service Engg Mr Taushik akhtar, Dhanbad and detailed all the things clearly, but he denied to do any thing in this matter.

And I was very shocked while he told me that the part will replaced if you pay the cost of parts.

Honda like international company's motocycle's shock absorber completely not working just after 2100 km runing of bike. Is it the quality of your product.
