Sir,

I am Joseph George from Alappuzhai, here i am submitting my complaint to thge honda company about the availabilty of spare parts.

2 Days before my honda Twister Black color bike get an accident.in that my bike lost Front Headlight Assy, Speedometre. Since i am trying to get the spares from your dealer (Shymas Honda - Alappuzha), but i am not getting the parts.they always tell me that they are not getting the parts from the company. Thats why i am writing this directly to the company

please help me to get the parts as soon as faster, because i am a sales executive in Tata authorised workshop Focuz Motors Alappuzha, so i need the bike to do my work and this is the only bike i have/

so please consider as a request and arrange the parts as soon as faster to keep your goodwill.
