Respected sir,

My name Hiten Patel and My mom Mrs. D.V. Patel has gifted me a HONDA CB TWISTER which was bought from NAVSARJAN MOTORS BHARUCH, GUJARAT on 27th July The bike was good, until I found out this defect. In this Bike I found that there oil leakage from the engine. Another thing that I would like to tell that the problem which I am facing is to get the genuine spare parts of my bike. For 20 days ago I wanted one whole HEAD LIGHT UNIT FOR MY BIKE.Which was scratched by me during riding. There is no proper date or time given by the showroom authorities that when should i will get it. I had booked it but i didn't get any reply from them. But what followed was even more surprising. First I went to Navsarjan motors saying I have this problem, the guy had a look at me and say that we cant say how much time it can take, it may take three to five months. Its company's responsibility that when they are launching a new bike they should provide spare parts too And the answers given by the showroom authorities is just unacceptable when you are spending around Rs.45000 from your pocket to buy a good value for money bike. For all along I was quite, but now I feel things are going above a tolerable level. Consumer’s right should be protected, and it is not only the responsibility of a Company but also (Dealers, Sub dealers) every single person associated with it. I don’t know whom I should report this to, so I send this mail to every single mail ID of persons whom I think can really help me. If you have any suggestion for me do reply back to hitenptl@in.com
