Honda (CB Twister bike)
Bike not serviced / repaired since 1 month

Dearest Sir/Madam,

I have given my CB Twister bike (MH03 AY 3283) for repair under warranty to Pratik Honda workshop which is in Vashi. It was on 04th Jan. Till date the work is not done and is lying in Pratik Honda's workshop. Whenever i call up to ask about my vehicle i always got the answer that the part is not available... (part number - 91001-KWS-901, part description - Bearing Radial Ball 63/22, make - NSK). It is now more than one month. I am travelling by govt transportation to work which is very pathetic and always jam packed.. difficult to travel from Airoli to Andheri. It is very tiring and the was the reason I purchased the bike. but with this type of service level i think its better Pratik Honda give back my money which i paid to purchase the bike or give me replacement - new bike of same model. i am tired and dead... pls do it in 48 hrs.
