BAD SERVICE

I have given my bike HONDA CB TWISTER PB 08 BP 6541 in mid December last year to dealer G.S Honda @ jalandhar after an accident. they gave delivery date after repair 31st December. but even after 3 months the bike is still lying with the dealer unrepaired. they are giving reason that they are not getting spare parts from the manufacturer. At last today they called me for delivery but bike is not at all ready. it is fitted with broken spare-parts stating that they recieved same part from manufacturer. i would like to know that manufacturer is providing such type of parts. Manufacturer should take strict action against dealer to provide proper service.
