I have a honda twister. at the first time when i buy the vehicle (30/01) it have the complaint of rear shock absorber. i report it to them. but they not responding correctly they are saying it is the complaint of seat. on this april i sured that it is the complaint of shock absorber, i went to the service centre and complaint it also they accepted it. now they are saying as we wants a approval from head office. what ican ido?
