Honda cb twister
MANUFACTURING DEFECT WITHIN WARRANTY

I purchased HONDA CB TWISTER on 26/6. Initial few months I could not ride as I was out of city due to official trip. When I started using regularly I found that FUEL COCK is defective as it is not giving any RESERVE indication. Due to this I got stranded in the middle of the road couple of times.

When approached the dealer they told that company is not shipping the required part so better lodge a complaint with company. I lodged a complaint on Honda web site on 12/06. But till date I have not received a single call from company.

Please suggest what should I do now?
