Rear Tyre Joint Crack From Inside

I have Got New Honda CB Unicorn on 06/10 and during travelling the rear tyre got busted after opening it was observed that the rear tyre is cracked from inside at the joint and due to this the Tuf-Up tube got damaged due to punching and when i ve taken this Complain to Millenium Honda Sangli i've got irresponsible answer from them like "we dont give warranty for tyre and batteries ".

such answers are not accepted from a company like Honda.
