Assumed faulty cylinder rings and windshield aircrack

There seems to be problem with the clutch [i assume] of my honda. everytime i pick up on the 1st gear, and increase speed into higher gears, after traveling a few mtrs/kms the car suddenly jerks almost comes to a stop and then picks up again. the service centre says they ll have to investigate this problem . it could be due to faulty cylinder rings. is this a manufacturing defect as the car is just one year and 3mths old. or is it due to high rpms while driving.

should i write to honda chairman and get this solved. also a very large aircrack in front windshield develope d on its own. will cost me more than 15k rs. to change the glass . all for no fault of mine. again the service centre says no warranty/guarantee on windshield glass. this is very unfair. because it seems to be again another manufacturing or fitting defect.

please advise what s to be done
