HONDA CITY 1.5 S MT
Service book not stamped by Service cetre

Honda City 1.5 S MT was serviced for 15K periodic service. The service book was not stamped by the Hallmark Automotive Ltd, Navi Mumbai. on completion of service on 26th Nov'2009.

It was communicated to the service centre and now the vehicle is having problem regarding SRS failure, the service centre doesn not Honour the Warranty. Stamped service book means Authenticity of Warranty for the customer. So unstamped book is violation of procedures.

I am having proof where it shows the service book is not stamped.
