Unavailability of bearing at service cente

I went there for car service at pinkcity motors pvt ltd. for problem of humming noise of my car honda cityZX no. RJ 25-CA-0156, on 15/04.

problem diagnosed was in bearing of rt. rear wheal.

What a poor service center that one bearing was not available, moreover when asked for complaint book they misbehaved & was not provided at all.

they returned the car unattended.

job card prepared was not allowed to signed, no was H150420110004
