Problem in servicing

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I had problem with the front driver seat door glass opening. This problem is repaeated since last 5 to 6 servicing but still not resolved. The same car was sent to your authorized service center at Deccan Honda Satara Road Pune around 8 days back. Your authorized service centre could not repair the same due to non avaibility of spare parts. Your service station person replied that.

Due to this problem I am not able to use the car since last 1 month.

Please look into the matter very urgently.
