HONDA CITY CAR
Not refund booking amount

I (nitin patil) booked my new honda city car at HOLLMARK HONDA in nerul navi mumbai

the manager name RITESH PANT promiced me that he will give me the car in one month and he taken 10, 000 by me and gave receipt

after i two month i tired and and purchase new huyndai verna car

after four month the manager of hollmark honda nerul saying that he will not give me money or will pay halfly after some month

pls give suggetion that what can i do against them?
