My name is Divygyan Jindal and I took my Honda City SMT for 1st service with the mileage reading of circa 891 km to Prime Honda, Vaishali.

I was told that since, it's a 1st service, a usual check-up will be done along with washing and cleaning. To add to that, I told the agent (Amit Kumar) about that I am experiencing problems with respect to power window (rear-left side) as well.

When my vehicle was delivered to me, I was told that power-window problem has been solved and rest everything is done. Since, I was in a hurry, I didn't check my vehicle on the spot but later when I brought my vehicle to my home, to my surpirse power-window problem was still there and also rather than cleaning my vehicle, there were black finger-print spots on the back-seat.

I would advise to readers that please do not visit Prime Honda vaishali as they have offered me a pathetic service.
