Subject - Honda services getting deteriorated day by day

Respected Sir,

I am Jaskanwal Singh this side, I purchased a Honda city Gxi model in Dec from Harmony Honda Chandigarh and I was very happy that I was treated which such a great service about it but recently went to the showroom to get my car checked as the rear tyre was wearing out more than the normal way so I thought it will be a better thing to visit the showroom only but when I got there they said we are not responsible for the tyre worn out even the car was under extended warranty so in any case they charged me got the car checked for the anomalies and later on they told me that there is a bend in rear axle belt which is not visible but if you check it technically there is a bent to which I was very surprised that my car has never met with an accident and still they said that the reason can be that it the rear side must have hit hard but just tell me one thing when it is not visible and it is a technical fault then it means there is a manufacturing defect to which the Service manager told that we cannot do anything about it as it is not a manufacturing fault and he also said that contact the Insurance deptt if they can help you any way but when I got in touch with them, they just simply turned my request down that we cannot help you in any way because it does not seem to be a accidental case as it is not a visible dent. Now you tell me where should I go when nobody is listening to my queries.

Just tell me one thing that when I am saying that my car has never been hit from the rear since the time I purchased it means the customer is not right. Help is required at your end otherwise I have got no choice but to go to the consumer court regarding the same, I hope you can understand my position
