Hello..

i'm vishal gorade advocate aurangabad district court.

i have honda city gxi car in the name of my father Me. Vitthalrao Chandrabhan Gorade.

My car No is MH-20-AG 4377.

On 3 rd Feb i submitted my car in Deccan Honda for service..One of the employee call in the morning that ur service charge will be istimate Rs.7, 000/- do u agree..i said yes.

then he call me in the evening when service is finish that ur service amount reach of Rs.26, 000/-.i said that it is not possible for me about Rs.26, 000/- because i was agreed for Rs.7, 000/-.

then he said that we will reduce ur bill about Rs.18, 000/- than also i said to him that it also huge amount for me for servicing...

then finally he gave me bill amount of Rs.15, 400/-...

then i realised how the bill amount of Rs.26, 000/- goes to Rs.15, 400/-...it is possible for reputed company who is doing such huge differences..

i brought this car in the year 2005 and i was thinking that to sell this car and buy a new honda car..

but now i realised that ur company is doing so much loot in servicing..then why i should buy honda new car..

i have to call u but my service book is ib my car and car is in the custody of ur deccan honda, Aurangabad..i will not take my car at home... firstly i will write for u..than forward this complaint to consumer forum and also forwarded to local newspaper for alert to other honda city car owners..

i have done so much servicing from 2005 to 2011 i never check ur service bill amount... but yesterday i come to know that your company looted me from 2005 to 2011..

if u have a doubt u can check ur companies call record about communication between me and ur employee..

if u want proof than i will give u because i recorded all the calls of ur employee..
