Non availability of parts resulting big financial loss

Dear Sir,

My honda city car was sent of Landmark honda city service center before 15 days with a complain of Break Failing. After 15 days, the company is reverting back to me that no such parts available with company and it may take 3 - 4 months or any more. Resulting my car become totally useless and i am compel to buy a new one on emergency basis. Further, i have to suffer huge financial loss on account of not in position to sell off old car.

Please advise me remedies to this problem.

Should i go to press and consumer court in this situation?
