Poor serviciing and oil changed prematurely

I had purchased honda city car on 20 sep 2010 and it has done just 2247 km in three month, dueing second service, dealer insisted for oil change during second service wheras oil as per maint chart required to be changed after 5000km/6 months .i have been cheated.moreover i doubt quaility of iol also.i had loadged complainr on honda customer care also but no respose given so far.

pl let me know the fuether procedure/action to be taken.i really feeling bad about my car, t may develop defects with inferior lubricants.
