I have given my car number WB 06 6477 to pinnacle Honda kolkata end week of April servicing and denting and painting job . they failed to deliver my car on your committed time thrice and still its lying with me and its not ready as per your service advisor.now they don't even bother to take my calls there commitments towards timely delivery is failed always again and again . i wonder how the prestigious company like Honda can be associated with people like pinnacle. i am suffering because of them since long now. i regret to buy a Honda in kolkata and have further decided not to upgrade nor buy a Honda ever in my life.
