Real/Tail Light

The quality of Honda Cars is really really going down, I have been using Honda cars for the last 10 years, I personally drive/use an Accord V6 which is doing great till date, I've had almost no problems with it.

However we recently purchased a Honda City for my wife and to my surprise the rear/tail light on the right side gets foggy every morning, i mean the moisture and dust goes in it. I have been trying to prove the point to my dealership i.e Automax at Delhi, however all in vain, no one is ready to believe this is possible to replace the tail light under warranty. Now they recommend to get this changed by showing it as an accident and take an insurance claim, for which I have completely refused for.

I'd really appreciate if anyone from Honda Motors gets back to me and check the car to study facts.
