Dear Honda Car Quality Dept.

I am surprised to experience subject problem within 3 weeks of purchase. I am surprised to know that even a Japanese car has problem. I would like to know the root cause of the problem, and your action plan to overcome such problem in future, or say more clearly why it will not reappear so that I drive the car peacefully.

Dear Honda Service Dept:

I called road side assistance, they were very particular to tell that any aid will be reaching to you only in one hour and not before that

Reporting time and date: 3.40pm 4th of June vehicle/Truck to come at 4.45pm

Second call 4 pm: we are arranging the vehicle

Third call: 4.20pm Vehicle has left from Mayapuri and driver will call you when nearer to you.

Fourth call; 4.30pm Vehicle could not be arranged so far, you need to wait.

Fifth call; 4.40 we shall send a cab for you so that it leaves you where you want and parallely sending one more person to take over the car from you. Vehicle cann't come as it is no entry area.

Sixth call: 5.10pmSorry we could not arrange the cab, as it is not available

Seventh call: 5.25pm Shall be sending another vehicle for you please wait

Now on 5th the gentleman from service station calls that problem has been resolved and please come take the vehicle. Now please let me know how should I come to take the car which is 40km away from my residence. The gentleman is making the excuse that due to no availability of any driver we cann't help you. Is it not rediculous? He also could not explain me the problem and his action plan why the problem will not repeat.

Please take actions to sustain your image, or else one dissatisfied customer can,
