Delay in reparing by deale

Sir I have Honda city Car No. PB 10BS 3916 ENGINE NO.30072341 I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH YOUR CAR.Your car parts are not available with the dealer. It is over a week now and Till date thay are no responding. They are not giving any date of delivery. Now sir can you tell me when my car parts will reach PRESTIGE HONDA LUDHIANA and how many days I have to reach my office by Taxi. Is this the service of your so called Prestigious company? Is it not the responsibility of your dealer to have these parts in stock? No body is hearing my complaint where should your coustmer go?

I THINK I HAVE MADE A BLUNDER MISTAKE BY PURCHASING HONDA BRAND CAR.THIS IS HAPPNING 2ND TIME WITH ME.

Please co-operate with me and look into the matter urgently.
