Non availability of parts

Dear Sir,

I have a HONDA CITY registration no. is UP32BZ0018. my car shakes while driving. I took it to "STALLION HONDA" (dealer in Lucknow) on 15.07.2011. they told me that my car requires a new "RIGHT REAR BEARING HUB" & "RIGHT FRONT SHOCKER" and asked me to get all my tyres changed after replacement of above mentioned parts. These parts were not available with the dealer and I was assured that these parts will be available soon. It has been more than 2 weeks now but the parts are still not available.

I have also called 3 times on your central helpline no. 01139898918 (COMPLAINT NO. 71101072), but I have not been given any definite date by which parts will be available by the dealer.

My car is parked in garage and I am unable to use it since 20 days.

Such POOR service was never expected from HONDA.

Kindly make these parts available at the earliest.
