Equest for new throtel body

My car`s throtel body is malfuctining, Dealer has requested new throtel body from company but nearly two months have passed they have not recieved the same. Now i am realising why honda has low sales figure in india. Customers are loosing faith on company it is one of the reasons or i guess japenese companies are no better than koreans.
