Fraud in terms of insurance

I bought a new honda civic car from automax honda new delhi. on 25 september as per their terms and in good faith to have an insurance of 51401/- . instead they gave me a cover note of 32874/-. inspite of my huge efforts made for this complaint to dealer as well as to the company.

There has not been taken any remedial actions on their behalf for the same.
