Highly poor service - Solataire Honda

I faced with an accident of my Honda Civic Car 2 months ago. I have given the same to Honda Service centre - Solatire Honda at Borivali (E). They promised to get the car done within maximum 10 days. It has been now two months they have not done with the service. Always make some or the other promises and provide some new faults everytime. Even after making fullpayment they have not done service properly. Every time we used to call their customer service guy 10 times a day even then he doesn't used to reply back. Its been like highly frustrating and irritating while dealing with such people. Even one of y accessory is missing which I left in car dicky. More scrateches found on door of cars and customer service guy was behaving like he is not concerned with any such thing and reply were like he is doing "Samaj Seva".

I am extremely unhappy with service and will go to road side garage infact instead of giving car to these pathetic service centres.
