Defective design

I own a hondacivic 1.8 SMT bought on 6/4.have driven only 28000 km in 3 years.last week there was some noise while driving so showed it to arya honda.the engine mount needs replacement costs 7500/-is what the service dealer says.this is due to the low ground clearance.this is not the consumer's fault and is due to a faulty design by honda civic. Honda is cheating customers who get taken in by the pretty look of the car but do not know about the design fault.chassis number makfd152c8n104408.engine number R18A12974579.Honda should replace the part free of charge as my car has never even had a bump
