Unreasonable Service Charges

Honda Dio Authorized service centre CR SCOOTERS in vadodara is charging unreasonable charges on account of mistake from their service staff during service. I have given my Honda Dio for paid service (which is covered under annual service contract). During service the service staff opened Oil Tank Drainage Bolt for changing the Oil. The threads of the same damaged during this. The service station charges huge amount of money to re-tape the threads and placing higher size of bolt. When asked jusitification of the same they just told it happens once in 1000 vehicles and we are not responsible for this damge. I want to attarct companies (Honda) notice on such bad service provided by M/S CR Scooters.
