Honda Dio
Doesnot start

I purchased a honda dio from b u bhandari, pune, but in just 15 months my vehicle refuses to start. i serviced it on october1st from the esat street, b u bhandari, service centre.the person there by the name pramod was very rude.ut after that my vehicle is in a pathetic state.it just doesnt start.i complained to mr ajit at the service centre, then i made a call at the customer care and spoke to mr prassana, and last i made a call to haryana also and gave my complaint at their main head office but to no avail, my honda dio is just lying at my garage and is not operational, i dont know what to do in just 15 months they made me change the battery also, i paid for the new battery also.i just dont want anyone else to face these kinds of problems so am writing that maybe someone might read and be warned before being in a problem like mine.my vehicle no is fm 6399
