Problem while driving & shaking at the time of driving

My name is Sudhir v. Hiware and residing at Nagpur. I bought Honda Dio on 22/11 with Engine No. JF11E4161752 and Fram no. ME4JF11 8LB8161685, from Tajashri Honda of Nagpur. But sorry to state here that since purchasing of the vehicle, I have problem with my vehicle i.e. while driving the vehicle, the vehicle is shaking/trumbling. I complained to Tajashree Honda dealer on 25th Nov. but problem was not fully resolved. Again I deposited the vehicle on 6/12 but I came to know that there is a manufacturing fault in this vehicle and till today this vehicle is not repaired.

Therefore I want replacement of this vehicle. You are therefore requested to look into the matter and help me for replacement of this vehicle.
