Honda Genuine Parts Tuffup Tubeset

I had purchased a Honda Genuine Parts Tuff Up Tube set at Pratul Automobiles Pvt Ltd, #6-3-999/1, Raj Bhavan Road, Somajiguda. Invoice Number 11IP01959 dated 09/02 part no. 06427-KSP-870 for Rs. 621/-. Since the material is not available in the service centre they have asked me to get it from Go-down. I need to pay first to get the material, hence paid and taken receipt and got the material from go-down, while checking the material I Just saw the price and date of manufacture on the price tag.

It was showing Part no. 06427-KSP-870, Desc: Tube set, Tuff Up, QTY-1 (Unit Price Rs. 430.68) Dt of Pkg 29/04 (Price incl of all Taxes)

When i went back and showed the price and asked for why they have charged high they said prices have increased and argued. I have request to pay me back the difference quietly. They said it is not possible. I requested to take back the material and pay back, they said it is also not possible. No choice/other way I have to take the material.

I request who may be concerned to please take an action of these things and also
