Bike stopped working after 3 days of purchase

Respected Sir,

I had brought a Stunner cbf on the date 14th January from the Honda Showroom, Centre point, Aligarh. within 3 days the battery got discharged . when called, the action came from honda after 2 days and they replaced the battery. One week later (i.e 26th January) the battery got discharged again... this time they charged the battery and gave it to us again . now on 3rd march again the bike was unable to start, we lodged a complain at the dealer but its been a week now and we are told that we will get it done in 10-12 days . my parent had put all their savings together for this bike and now they are in grievance . we have no other mode of transport except a cycle . i request you take action against them as quickly as possible.
