Hondaindia, honda activa bike

I have booked Honda activa on 20th aug and paid rs 44000/- (receipt no 58533) on 13th jan in Hassan motors, puducheery in the name of A.Banumathi.but till today they have not been delivered the vehicle.

I have sent emails to customercare@honda2wheelersindia.com but there is no response from your end.
