Full body rust spot and dealers arogancy

Dear Sir,

I have purchased Honda City Ivtec smt white coulour model Registration no MH-43-AB-5051 from Hallmark Honda Nerul Navi Mumbai Maharashtra INDIA Details are as follows Engine No- L15A70047962 (VIN No MAK gm 252 L9N033084)

It has registered in the name of Mr Sainath Patil.

Problem is as follows

My cars whole body got full rust spot on whole body. I have shown this to Hallmark honda nerul as i purchased from there. They inspect the can and without my permission they repaint the whole car. that is not advisible. Next to this when i object for this theny started speaking arrogantly and not giving me proper feed back.

I am requesting you to look in to the matter as i am a political and well known businessman i frequently need car so now its just heptic for me. If you are not in a position to do the same then do let me know so that i will take necessary against the same by projecting in all leading news paper along with picture of my car and exposing the quality and service from honda dealer.
