Sir,

I wish to submit, that I’d purchased Honda Jazz from Abhikaran Honda, Bhopal On 9-05. Only in 10 days i.e., on 20-05 one of the tyre of my car was cut and got punctured. I then gave that tyre to Abhikaran Honda service centre on 22.05.2010 for replace, but after 14 days they returned back submitting that it couldn’t be exchanged.

I am greatly disappointed with the service provided by the Honda and the quality of the tyre mount with the car. Priory I was driving Hundai Santro for 8 long years and never confront to any such problem with the tyre of the car or with their services extended.

Looking to the goodwill & standing of Honda in their cars and services, I opted to get a Honda car, but I’m exceedingly disappointed to witness the poor standards of tyre of the car.

Looking forward to get a satisfactory response in the regard.
