Delaying car Delivery and Increased prices

Hi, This is Rohit we have booked honda Jazz on 28th August (Select edition) on the name of my wife (Pushpa Soni) from "PEARL HONDA KAPSONS ENGINEERS (P) LTD" Gurgaon. At the time of booking they said we have increased booking price from 10000 to 50000 and if you book today you will get you car within 2 months. When i booked car they have mention delivery date would be between 8 to 10 weeks. When i asked them after 10 weeks they said you will get on november then after november they said on jan and still they are saying next month. Today is 12th April and still they are not giving any confirmation when i can come and collect a car. Pearl honda sales person says we dont have any clue and they have not started production, but when i called to customer care they said it they never stop production for jzz, they are producing but in limited stocks.

When i booked this car i asked this to sales person directly if i booked a care today and after 2 months they increased any rates in that case what would happen and they said you will get a car in the same price what i have written in you booking receipt. But after budget i heard government is increasing 2% price in all car brands, i called them and asked him that now what will happen they said you will get car at the same price whatever price will be at delivery time. When i asked him you told me that if price increases it wont effect your cost, but they are not ready to accept it. When i booked (select model) price was INR-578, 000 but now they have increased price to INR-602, 900, so in that case they have increased INR-24, 900.

When i asked them that its almost 8 months happend an i want intreast on my booking amount then they said we cant give you, if you dont want your car then you can cancel it. One more thing they said my number is 8th in queue, still not received. They make money from people

It my Request from you please help me in this matter it almost 8 months happened. I want my new car with my old price at which i booked, i dont want to pay extra money. My big mistakes here is I paid 50, 000 as booking amount, i have waited for 8 months and now i am not getting any benifits infact they are asking more money and not giving any intrest on my booking amount. Do i look like a fool or what. Please help me to resolve this issue.
