Dear Sir,

I purchased one Honda Aviator Scooter on 17/03 from your dealer Satkar Traders at Rudrapur. U.K.

For the last two weeks of July my scooter is lying at workshop for repairing but unfortunately we are not getting the parts of Aviator. The part no is 11100- KVT-900 and part name is CRANK CASE.

As HONDA has a Brand name in India, thus this kind of delay is not matching to their reputation.

So, it is a request to you to do the needful and provide the specific part to the dealer as soon as possible.
