Non availability of spare parts of honda activa & poor service

I had bought an black coloured Honda Activa dated- 09/08.

Selling Dealer Code-UP170001

Selling Dealer Name- SARDAR MOTORS (AUTOWHEEL) PVT.

One month ago when i went for its servicing they told me that the soccer at the back was not working and on my demand of replacing it, as my activa is still under the period of warranty, they replied that it wasn't available and said that they'll soon call me when it would be available. Its been over a month and i made several phone calls and even visited the place several times to check its availability but they always make lame excuses for the unnecessary delay. I made several complaints but all in vain.

Kindly take some hard action against them.
