MANUFACTURING DEFECT OF ENGINE

I had purchased a Honda Activa Scooter from Gugnani Motors, Bhubaneswar, Orissa on 01.12.2010.The vehicle was defective from the beginning. I brought it to the notice of the Company immediately. But the Company is not listning to my complaints. The engine has some manufacturing defects. When it runs at the speed of 35-40 kmph an abnormal sound is coming from the engine.
