Sir,

I have met with an accident and my honda activa is damaged. I have sent it for repair work to Laxmi honda, Angul, Odisha.5 months have passed but my scooter is not been repaired. They are saying that they don't have spare parts (chassis) and have sent order to the company for it but the company is not sending it. I don't know whose fault it is but I need my scooter any how. This type of negligence is not expected from such a reputed company like honda. I think that I have done a blunder in buying a honda scooter. I have also mailed to the consumer care but they didn't respond. This has caused me a great inconvinience.
