Subject: Activa (SCV 110B) not working properly

Sir,

I purchased a above model scooter from M/s Bathinda Automobile Pvt Ltd Bathinda near Bus Stand on 22.11.2011. (three month prior) Since I purchased scooter, it does not working properly and creating starting trouble daily. I have been tolled by the agency /workshop engineer that its Battery is out of order and need to replace. Agency is not replacing the battery kindly direct the dealer to do the need full.
