Non delivery of Honda Activa

I have booked an Honda Activa on 5th Dec with Sai Point Automobiles. I have not received the delivery till date and as per the dealer the waiting time is not over as there is shortage of the said model. But the Models are available with non authorised dealers on spot at a premium of Rs. 3000 to Rs.5000. When contacted with the Honda Motorcycle and Scooters, I was given the reason that they are inquiring the same and do not know the exact cause of the same.

Hence, I am submitting this complaint for the malpractice being followed by Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt Ltd of delivering the scooters with non authorised dealers and making the customers registred with authorised dealer to wait for a long period of time for getting the delivery. Therefore, the company must be brought under Monopolies and Trade Restrictice Practice for cheating the customers by following the malpractices and creating the demand for their product in an indirect way.
