Battery has not been replaced

I have purchased Honda Aviator scooter from Rajinder Honda, Maujpur, Shahdara, Delhi-32, on 18-10. I have been facing problem related to battery which has not been working properly due to which scooter is not self started and the horn, head light etc are not working since the last 4 months. After all the 3 free services, inspite of complaining, the same has not been sorted out by the service centre and finally the battery was tested on 24 July and declared that it is waste and should be replaced from Minda the dealer directly. I have also logged online complaints at Minda for the same what they are not responding till date. The request no at Minda . is " CM 2011 0726 0149" logged on 26.7.2011.
