I Pritymoyee Das purchased a honda dio (SCV100FA) on 10.9.2010 from Gugnani Motors, Bhubaneswar, Orissa (invoice no 10IN02399). The vehicle met an accident and handed over to the showroom on 29.8.2011 for necessary change of parts and servicing. But till date nothing has been done due to non availability of spare parts as reported by the service centre. They are not even in a position to give any expected date of delivery. Please interfere in the matter as i will get the required service
