No deliver and information about it from dealer

I had booked a Honda Dio scooter for my son about 2 months back. The waiting period was indicated as 2 months. Last moth I have paid full amount for the scooter. In the mean time company changed the specifications of the model. Now I am waiting for the vehicle to be delivered. there is no response from the dealer. The phone numbers given by dealer are not attended by anybody. the cell phone numbers given by dealer are always switched off. The name of the dealer is Pashankar Auto Pvt. Ltd. Pune.
