Denial of service

I am a permanent resident of Payyanur, Kannur district, Kerala State. My brother Vinod K.P. purchased a new honda activa scooter on 23.1.2012 bearing chassis No. ME 4J C 44.8AC8718164 and engine No. JC 44E18291 93 from your dealer namely DREAMS MOTORS, BANGALORE at Karnataka State. with in the expiry of 1st service I have approached your south Zone dealer namely"PIONEER MOTORS PVT.LTD, Kannur Kerala state of their sub center started at payyanur namely PM Honda, Payyanur on 11.2.2012 . But they refused to accept the vehicle for service stating the reasons that the same is purchased from Bangalore. More over they says that they don't have sufficient staff to deal with. If this is the condition how can your company provide me guarantee service within the stipulated period. If any thing happened to the above said scooter within this period you are liable for the same. I have already completed 525 KM.

So I kindly request you to take this complaint and redress my grievances and take appropriate action against the aforesaid dealer and also assure me this wont happened in the future or you may cancel my extended warranty and give back my money or else I will be constrained to move complaints before the consumer redressal forum
