Manufacturing defect

Dear sir i am very unhappy with my bike perfomance, i purchsed it before i year &run only 7000 km now it have a problem in millage and clutch plate, i shown to service center they charged me 512 rs for the clutch plate 'and refused for any warrenty regarding same'i just fade off, how the clutch plate gone in only 7000 km.definitly it will be a manufacturing defect and the company should be take care for the same
